Over the holiday break, I had a nice engagement session with a wonderful couple. Ann and Michael braved the cold (while I whined like a baby) and were great models! Thanks again, Ann and Michael, for taking time out of your holiday weekend to hang out and shoot with me!
Side Note: I've been sooo pleased with the photos I'm getting with my 5d. It's been refreshing and I'm inspired to shoot all the time. :)

I need to be refreshed too!!
I appreciate you sharing with me what you use and whatnot!
Could you explain what the lens conversion is that you mentioned?
I'm close to getting new gear...
I want to make sure I understand things by asking questions and visiting forums...
Thanks so much, Lisa!
((To clarify, I mean could you explain that it was your "first time shooting without the lens conversion factor." I'm still learning the technical stuff:) Thanks in advance, if you can help!))
And I obviously think your pics rock, otherwise I wouldn't be askin you for advice, no?? ;)
Looked like a fun shoot.
I can't wait to start having fun again (and really, I think new gear will help).
Just found you off of Lauren Clark's blog. Love your work, and this last shot is really cute of the couple!
lisa...
5d?! When'd you get that?! Congrats!!
Whats the biggest difference you've noticed about it?
Do you shoot all natural light for these assignments or are you using strobes and stuff? I just wondered about your lighting set up...
cheers

lisa, thanks for your quick reply... do you have an e-mail address where I could shoot you a few more questions? or better yet would you mind shooting me an e-mail? I wondered if when you're shooting natural light if you use reflectors or anything.

Yeah, I'm going to WPPI!!!
Are you thinking about it?
It's all goin on the credit card, though.. Just found out last night I need a new computer! Always seems to be more things to buy in the business!
I can't wait until I'm "set" and don't really have to get any more equipment! But then there is always the new software, and newer equipment models...
Man, oh man.
Thanks for fillin me in on the conversion stuff:)
awesome! I love that shot in the doorway!!
M:)
Do you mean "we" as in you and your husband?
I wish my husband could come... but honestly, it's not his area... and he would be so bored, haha! :)
