The Niemi's: Family Session

I had another fun family session on Friday. The girls were so adorable and Riley kept them giggling the whole time :) I love the shots we were able to get, despite the less than desirable weather. It was great meeting you guys and I hope you enjoy this preview!!

PS -- This is related to this post, I promise... Check out the Sports Time Ohio site! :)

Sam, Abby, Jack, Kara: Family Session

Thursday, I spent some time with Susie and her gorgeous children. We were able to get all of these great shots at their home. The kids were all really easy to photograph and I'm so pleased with the photos! Thanks so much for inviting me into your home, it was great getting to know you all!!

(This is my favorite from the day! You can see and feel their energy and joy, I just love it.)

Brianne & Justin: E-Session

On to the second session of Sunday...

Brianne and Justin were a lot of fun to work with! We couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up our crazy busy weekend. We did all of their session in Chagrin Falls. You cannot find a bad spot to shoot there. These two were up for anything to get the shot. I was a bit nervous for Brianne as was trying to walk through uneven/unstable rocks in her heals-- but she did it and we got some great shots there! Thanks so much for being such troupers!! We'll see you guys next May, too! :)

Tara & Adam: E-Session

After our wedding on Friday, and the wedding I shot with Jamie on Saturday (Check out his Blog HERE to see it!), Chad and I had two engagement sessions on Sunday with two great couples.

First up were Tara and Adam. We shot in Youngstown at the Mill Creek MetroParks. It was a gorgeous setting and there were beautiful fall colors everywhere! Tara had been really looking forward to this session and I'm so happy with the photos. She was giggling the whole time and they were both a lot of fun to hang out with! (Chad and I both got a good laugh out of their jerseys.) They even brought along their "baby" to be in some of the photos :)
We had a great time and we're looking forward to the wedding next May!!

Michaelle & Scott: Wedding

I am sooo behind with my postings right now! I've got 5 here to put up! I want to apologize to anyone who's been waiting to see these.. Thanks for your patience :)

Michaelle and Scott had an amazing wedding day. These two had everything planned out perfectly. The whole day was spent at La Malfa. But we also did some shooting at Squire's Castle in the Cleveland Metroparks, and I love the shots we got there! These two are so in love and so easy to photograph. Not only that, their families were such a warm group of people! Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your beautiful wedding!!

PS-- Chad made a friend at Michaelle and Scott's wedding :) ... All night, the ring bearer was running around snapping shots of everyone and everything with a disposable camera (You can see him action in the slideshow). As we were leaving, he stopped Chad and asked, "Do you like taking pictures?" Chad said, "Yeah, I love it!" and in the most adorable, serious voice I've ever heard the ring bearer said, "Yeah.. I love it, too..." and just sort of walked away. Haha too cute! Enjoy the slideshow!!

Derek & Danielle: Wedding

Chad and I had been looking forward to this wedding since my very first meeting with them, and discovering our mutual love for the Killers :) We didn't get a chance to do an engagement session with Derek and Danielle because they live in Chicago. But when the day of the wedding arrived, they welcomed us in like family. Chad and I were both soooo excited to see the incredible venue's Danielle (and her sister, Dana!) chose. The ceremony took place at the gorgeous Butler Art Museum. White walls+sky lights+beautiful art+hot couple=heaven. After the ceremony and some fun formals, we spent the rest of the evening at the Avalon Inn. And although the day started with Danielle getting stung by a bee (on her LEFT hand!), everything was perfect and absolutely stunning. Here's their slideshow:

Lovedrug @ Musica

These are from last Saturday night. I went up to Akron after a wedding here in Canton (because I'm crazy and I never stop shooting) to photograph & enjoy Lovedrug. This was their last headlining show before they went out for the latest tour. I've photographed them preforming before, but I've never been able to capture one of their shows like this. I'm really happy with how they turned out. Let me know what you think!

Awele: Senior Session

I'm very behind on posting photos right now. Sorry about that!!
I am so glad we got Awele's photos done last Monday-- I can't believe how drastically the weather has changed.
I had lots of fun Awele! Her mom and younger brother came along, too, which always makes things more relaxed. She had tons of great outfits and she was so easy to photograph. We found some cool new spots, too. It was just an overall awesome shoot! Thanks Awele!! Enjoy:

Heather & Sean: E-Session

How much fun is this?? I spent Sunday afternoon shooting in Canal Park Stadium with Heather and Sean. Just the three of us to roam around this beautiful ball park! I had a great time and I'm really looking forward to their wedding. In case it's not evident in these photos... Heather and Sean are huge sports fans! The Akron Aeros are the reason they met, so why not do their E-session in the stadium? I love all of the spots we were able to find and utilize. Thanks for the awesome shoot, Heather and Sean!! See you soon!!
PS-#3 makes me smile :)

Johanna & Nick: E-Session

Seriously. My clients are amazing!
I had so much fun with Nick and Johanna yesterday! The weather was great (just slllightly warm) and Johanna picked out the cutest outfits for the shoot-- not to mention, these two are gorgeous! I love capturing really real moments during engagement sessions, and they made my job easy yesterday. They were constantly making each other laugh and no matter how they were standing or posing they were so comfortable in front of the camera. We shot all around the Grove City College campus and part of the town.
If you recognize Johanna, it's because she is Sophia's sister. (We shot Sophia & Mike's wedding in June.) I'm so glad we're going to shoot their wedding next year, because Chad and I had a blast at Mike and Sophia's wedding! I'm so excited to be able to hang out and have fun with all of them all over again!
Anyway- here are the photos. Enjoy!!

Alissa: Senior Session

I don't want to brag, but my seniors are the best! I met Alissa for the first time today and knew right away we were going to have a great time. Alissa is one of the sweetest, kindest girls ever! We were able to get all of these shots (except the field- which was just around the corner) on her property. The fence, water, everything! And she (like Nate) was so willing to do what it took to get the shot.. including jumping into a rickety row boat in her cute dress! It was a great day for pictures, too. Thanks so much Alissa for a great shoot! Enjoy:
